A young wine obtained from Chardonnay grapes. Its character is fresh, lively and well balanced, and finishes with a clean dry and delicate touch.

Straw yellow in colour, this fragrant wine is filled with pineapple and citrus aromas. It is elegant, fresh and well-structured with a characteristic dry palate that has hints of subtle almonds.

Pale yellow with lively aromas of pear, white peach, lime and pink grapefruit with subtle notes of crushed rocks and citrus zest.

Comes only from the Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in our vineyard in Polignano. Hand-picked, vinified and fermented in thermoregulated steel. It is known for its notes of aromatic herbs and fruity tones.

Our Cantiniere Primitivo is a red wine grape and is the third-most planted grape in Puglia, Southern Italy. This Cantiniere is an elegant ruby red with spicy notes. Thanks to the hints of plum, blackberry and black cherries, it is perfect for seasoned meats, roasts and all types of cheese. We age this popular, full-bodied ruby red wine for 8-12 months in steel barrels and then for 6 months in the bottle.

80% Sangiovese, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc Tignanello was the first Sangiovese to be aged in barriques, the first contemporary red wine blend- ed with untraditional varieties (specifically Caber- net) and one of the first red wines in the Chianti Classico region that didn't use white grapes. Tignanello is a milestone. It is a deep ruby red colour. Its nose offers exceptional complexity with notes of red fruits, strawberries and pomegranate that give rise to delicate aromas of apricots and peaches in syrup accompanied by elegant sensa- tions of vanilla, dried flowers, chocolate, and pleasant spicy sensations of nutmeg. Its bouquet is completed by notes of coffee, caramel, and aromatic Mediterranean herbs.

62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 31% Merlot 4% Petit Verdot, 3% Cabernet Franc. 2017 With an intense ruby-red colour, Ornellaia has a bouquet full of intriguing spicy and balsamic notes, including aromas of black pepper, sage and aromatic herbs. The wine is both full-bodied and vibrant in the mouth, filling the palate with its dense and elegant tannic texture and ending with a persis- tent and beautifully crisp finish.

Light coppery pink nuances ushering in a well-defined note of wild flowers, hints of honey and banana on the nose. The understated, dry palate is round, soft and lively, with a pleasing, nicely lingering back palate of ripe pear.

Our Mosì rosé wine has organic status for the grapes which are 100% Bombino nero. They are known for their intense aroma, light, soft and fresh taste. The Bombino Nero is a red Italian wine grape variety that is grown in the regions of Apulia (IGT). The grapes bleed their colour into the wine very quickly, resulting in a fresh, well-coloured deliciously light rosé.

Everything you love in a sparkling wine can be found in our Pinot Nero Terre Brut. We follow the same process of production as used with Champagne, the 'metodo classico'. The result is an extremely elegant, aromatic and perfectly balanced sparkling wine.
